Open browser and login router with credentials (admin / Admin123 )
Once you logged in then you can see software version. if it it V1.1.10 or V1.2.0 then you can upgrade it with new firmware.
Change Url : http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/upgrade.asp
Browse the firmware file and open it then Apply.
It will take some time and after upgrade router IP will be changed to 192.168.100.1
new interface will see captcha it means firmware is updated successfully.
now login with same credentials.
